Reviews and Ratings
I had a fantastic stay at the hotel, especially enjoying the gorgeous sunset view from my colony view room. The dining experience was top-notch with an incredible array of food for both dinner and breakfast. The location is excellent for exploring Emek and the old city, though I found the late checkout fee a bit surprising.
While the hotel has some great amenities, my stay was mixed. I appreciated the fantastic breakfast and warm lobby, but my room was smaller than expected and I faced various housekeeping issues. Mr. Hany's proactive help was a saving grace, but the overall service could improve. I also found the location convenient for sightseeing, which was a plus.
My stay at the hotel had its highs and lows. While the facilities like the indoor pool and gym were great, my room's experience was frustrating, especially with the safe issue. The breakfast buffet was absolutely fantastic, but I encountered cleanliness issues in several areas, which took away from the overall luxury feel I was expecting. Overall, it was decent, but not quite the exclusive experience I had hoped for.
My stay at the Orient Jerusalem was a mixed bag. I appreciated the hotel's lovely ambiance and the cleanliness of the rooms, but I was let down by the service and overcrowded facilities. Overall, the experience was disappointing considering the price, and it may not be on my list for future visits.
I had a delightful stay at the hotel, with engaging staff and cozy accommodations. The location was ideal, just a short distance from the main attractions. The dining experience exceeded my expectations, especially at breakfast. However, the pool on the roof could have been warmer and the service had some hiccups. Overall, it was a great getaway!
